On April 2, 2009, Plaintiffs Omar Ordóñez, Filiberto Ponce, Heriberto Celis, and
Ramón Ayala filed a Complaint in the Superior Court for the County of Los Angeles
to allege a class action against Defendant Gateway Insulation, Inc. Plaintiffs currently
work or previously worked for Gateway Insulation as insulation installers. The Complaint
alleges that Plaintiffs and the other insulation installers working for Gateway between
April 2, 2005, and the present were not paid for all the time they worked, were denied
overtime pay, were provided inaccurate wage statements, and were subjected to unlawful
deductions from their wages for work-
